Cave Spring, Georgia

Why Cave Spring?

Cave Spring is the perfect home for this next chapter. The town holds a rich Deaf history, is home to the Georgia School for the Deaf, and has longstanding connections to education, services, advocacy, and opportunity for Deaf Georgians. By bringing DEAFestival to Cave Spring, we are honoring that history while creating something vibrant for the future.

We strive to support the Deaf community in the entire state of Georgia. Therefore, we will be changing the location of DEAFestival every 2 years in order to reach people outside of the Atlanta Area. The tentative schedule for future DEAFestivals is as follows: 2023: Atlanta - visit the archived 2023 webpage 2027: Cave Spring (April 2–4) 2029: Macon 2031: Augusta 2033: Valdosta
